What customers say?

“ accidentally discovered Cheza’s Restaurant—a completely spontaneous stop that turned out to be a great decision. We were so hungry when the food arrived that we actually forgot to take pictures and went straight to eating. That alone says a lot about how good it was. We ordered the bulalo, lechon kawali, tortang talong, and chicken and bacon rice meal, and every dish was delicious. The bulalo was especially comforting and perfect for the Tagaytay weather. Overall, an unplanned visit that became a very satisfying and memorable dining experience. ”

“ Every time we visit my parents in Batangas, we’re always on the lookout for a good breakfast spot on our way back to Manila. We usually go to Bag of Beans, but we’re always open to trying other restaurants that open at 7AM. We’re glad we found this place! The food we ordered was all delicious and reasonably priced. The kids loved it, and we especially enjoyed their adobo flakes and the amazing vinegar condiment—so good! Plus, the restaurant offers a perfect view of Taal Volcano, making the experience even better. Their servers were also very attentive and approachable, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The only downside was the mocha latte I ordered—it was too sweet for my taste. However, that didn’t take away from the overall experience. Their restroom was also very clean, which is always a plus. We’ll definitely be coming back! My husband now prefers eating here over Bag of Beans, and I completely agree. ”

“ Definitely better tasting than other mainstream resto and the bulalo was the good location if coming from batangas before going to tagaytay city where the road works & traffic starts. There Buko pie was awesome to. I shall return. Lots of parking. Great view. Price abit expensive ”

“ Affordable and delicious food, choose their bulalo for a larger meal or just take a piece of cake for a snack. They have an exceptional view of Taal. ”

“ My uncle had his wedding here, and I must say the service was excellent fast, organized, and very accommodating. The food was delicious, and the staff were polite, respectful, and always smiling. I also noticed how quick and attentive they were to every guest’s needs, which made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. One of the highlights I remember was during the party when the guests started dancing even the staff joined in! They were so cheerful and full of energy, which added a fun and lively vibe to the celebration. It really showed how friendly and engaging they were, making everyone feel comfortable and entertained. If there’s one area that could use some improvement, it would be their sound system. The audio was a bit unclear and slightly distorted, so better speakers or adjustments would really enhance the overall experience. Still, everything else was wonderful great food, great service, and great atmosphere. Overall, I’d say they did an amazing job, and I’d definitely recommend this place for weddings and other special events. ”

“ Good food, incredible view, great service! Bulalo and tawilis are their must-try. The pizza we had was mediocre and too expensive. Stick to Filipino food to get the best bang for the buck. ”

“ Great food and ambiance. You’ll definitely get your money’s worth. Compared to other famous bulalo restaurants in Tagaytay, Cheza’s restaurant is far better. Everything that we ordered is good. We were a group of 6 and we went with 2 adult dogs & 2 pups and they allowed us inside. The customer service was also on top. ”
